Are you neurodivergent and feel like you're constantly battling with food, mealtimes, or even just remembering to eat? You're not alone. That's why we’re so excited to tell you about the upcoming Nourish Your Neurodivergence workshop.

It's designed to help people just like you find peace and confidence around food. Created by Jess Fry, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS of EmBODY Confidence Counseling and Jessica Kelly MS, RDN, LDN and founder of Nutrition That Heals.
Professional Experienced Workshop Leaders
This amazing event is led by two neurodivergent pros who truly get it because they've been there!
Your guides are Jess Fry, a therapist from EmBODY Confidence Counseling, and Jessica Kelly, a dietitian from Nutrition That Heals. They are here to provide their expertise and lived experience to help you on your journey. Learn more about each workshop leader below.
Jess Fry, LPC, ADHD-CCSP, CSTS
Jess Fry has been working in various therapist roles for over ten years. She knows what neurodivergent people go through because she went through it herself after being diagnosed with ADHD in her early 20s.
Her counseling services at EmBODY Confidence are specifically designed and dedicated to empowering neurodivergent women on their journey to mental well-being and self love with new ways of thinking and strategies for self-acceptance.

Jessica Kelly, MS, RDN, LDN
Jessica Kelly founded Nutrition That Heals after being diagnosed with Endometriosis in 2022. At the time she had over five years of clinical dietitian experience at hospitals, care centers, and medical offices but she knew she had to find a way to share everything she’d learned in her own journey in order to help others.
She’s a HAES® aligned provider and a member of Eating Disorder Registered Dietitians & Professionals. Nutrition That Heals was made to help people from all walks of life learn the proper nutrition and self-care that works best for their bodies.

The Purpose of the Workshop
This is more than just a class; it's a supportive, shame-free workshop created specifically for neurodivergent folks, including those with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities.
You'll learn practical, ADHD-friendly tools for meal prep, build confidence in your food routines, and connect with a community that understands your struggles. The workshop isn't about rules or diets; it's about empowerment! You can expect mini-talks, guided meditation, interactive stations, and light refreshments.
What to Expect from the Workshop Experience
Get ready to get hands-on! Instead of just listening to lectures, you'll be participating in creative and sensory-based activities.

It's all about practical tools and real-life solutions you can actually use to make your life easier and more nourishing. This is a chance to learn, connect, and build a relationship with food that truly works for your unique brain.
You can expect the workshop to be:
Shame-free and weight-inclusive. There’s no talk of calories, weight loss, or “good” vs. “bad” foods.
Focused on empowerment. We’ll normalize your challenges, help you connect the dots around why eating can feel so hard, and give you realistic strategies you can actually use in daily life.
About helping you feel supported, resourced, and confident in how you nourish yourself.
The Bigger Picture
Let's face it, eating can be a struggle. Maybe you forget to eat, get overwhelmed by choices, or feel guilty about your habits.

This workshop is here to normalize those challenges and give you realistic strategies so you can feel supported and confident in how you nourish yourself.
At the end of the day, this event is not about changing who you are. It's about building a better relationship with food and with yourself.
