Move It was born out of a lifetime of experience. Studio owner, Marie, took all of the things she loved most about the dance world and created a beautiful space for people to move together.

 

The first boutique fitness studio in the region (founded in 2014), Move It offers the best in Move It Barre, dance, and Mat Pilates.

Attend your FREE appointment

Appointments are available via telephone, video, as well as select in-person dates at Move It Studio! Check back for Jessica's in-person availability. We will make sure we are a good fit in order to meet your nutrition goals, review insurance coverage, and book your initial consultation.

Prepare for your initial consultation

This is a 90-minute session completed via a HIPAA-compliant video call. 

We will be able to dive deeper into your nutrition concerns, and set goals for moving forward, all while utilizing your insurance benefits.

Attend follow-ups

This is either a 60-, 45- or 30-minute session completed via a HIPAA-compliant video call. 

We will decide what works best for your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly follow-ups.
