Telehealth Nutrition Counseling in Massachusetts

Don’t know where to start because you don’t want to give up clam chowder, a lobster roll, or a Fluffernutter? Trust us, your nutritionist understands.
The Nutrition That Heals team offers a judgment-free approach to nutrition counseling so that you can start to feel better without depriving yourself of flavor.
Our clients see lasting results when their nutrition plan is non-restrictive. In your telehealth sessions, we'll focus on adding nutrient-dense foods into your lifestyle and you will lear how to enjoy a balanced approach to eating.

Start Simple, Adjust Your Mindset
Eating for your health is a lifestyle, not a diet. So, whatever happens between meals, be kind to yourself. Tomorrow is a new day, and you'll never start over from the beginning again. Be proud of your progress.
A great way to support your health goals is to spend a little time each day thinking about how you're treating your body. Did you eat regularly? Sleep enough? Are you setting yourself up for success later, or mostly focusing on instant gratification? In your telehealth nutrition counseling sessions, we can explore where your mindset is currently and where you want it to be long-term.

Figure Out What Works for You
Real health transformation happens when you find the right system for you. Our telehealth sessions explore different ways to meet your goals, including meal planning, lab testing, and professional advice on how to eat for certain medical conditions.
No two nutrition plans are identical. At Nutrition That Heals, we spend time getting to know every client's unique situation. This is why our targeted approach helps people achieve and maintain their health goals.
