Telehealth Nutrition Counseling in West Virginia

Feel Your Best Without a Restrictive Diet

Living in West Virginia, it's easy to get lost in an ocean of comfort food from pepperoni rolls to biscuits and gravy.
Most clients are happy to hear that feeling healthier doesn't come from restriction. Instead, our registered dietitians encourage adding nutrient-dense foods and help you understand what fuel is best for your body.
Make Health a Priority Over Time

We watch our clients transform over time, moving closer to a better relationship with food and body, achieving a strength goal, or finding remission from a chronic condition.

This success comes from steadily adjusting your mindset around food. You’ll begin to enjoy new foods, feel less stressed before mealtime, and after some time, your goals will seem a lot more possible.

Create Realistic Goals to Customize Your Nutrition Plan

When it comes to goals, clients are often so excited to see results that they set goals that don’t fit into their everyday lives. That’s what our team is here for: to help you pace yourself. Having unaligned goals is a surefire way to get frustrated, feel bad, and give up quickly.
Our team will help ensure that your plan includes strategies that work for your life. We'll anticipate your roadblocks, plan around them, and if meal prep is a barrier for you, we’ll outline various strategies and options for quick, nutritious meals.
